Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-04 · Version 0.1 (draft)

⚠️ This is an AI-generated draft, not legal advice. These terms must be reviewed by a responsible person or external counsel before being published as final terms of service.

1. What the service is

EventPulse is a personal event agent that shows events in the Stockholm region based on your own taste. The service is delivered as an iOS and Android app. Events are fetched from public sources (organisers' websites, public calendars) and presented in the app with descriptions, times, venues and ticket links where available.

EventPulse does not sell tickets. We only forward to the organiser's or ticket provider's website.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 16 years old to use EventPulse. If you are under 18 you need a guardian's consent.

3. Account

You can use the app without an account (as a guest). Some features — such as following venues across devices or syncing saved events — require you to create an account. You can sign in via magic link using your e-mail, or with Apple.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials private. Notify us immediately at privacy@eventpulse.nu if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

5. Event content and third parties

Event information (descriptions, times, prices, ticket links) is published by the respective organiser. We are not responsible for the information being correct, current or available. We reserve the right to hide events that turn out to be incorrect, cancelled or misleading.

6. Push notifications

If you enable push notifications for a venue or artist, we send you a notification when we detect a new event from that source. You can disable push per venue at any time, or globally under your device's settings. We limit push notifications to a reasonable volume — typically no more than one notification per followed venue per day.

7. Changes to the service

We develop the service continuously. We may add, change or remove features without notice. We strive not to make changes that obviously degrade your experience without good reason.

8. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete account. We then delete all account-bound data within reasonable time (normally right away). Some data we may be legally obliged to retain (e.g. accounting rules); in that case its use is restricted to the legal purpose.

We may disable or delete your account if you violate these terms or if the service is discontinued.

9. Intellectual property

The EventPulse app, brand, logo and underlying code belong to us and our licensors. You may use the app for personal use under these terms.

Event images belong to the respective rights holder (organiser, photographer, AI generation where licensed).

10. Limitation of liability

EventPulse is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the service is error-free, uninterrupted or free from defects. We are not liable for indirect damages (missed experiences, lost time, etc.). Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the past 12 months (normally 0 SEK for a free app). Mandatory consumer protection legislation (including the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, the Distance Contracts Act and equivalent local consumer law) always applies to the consumer's benefit and takes precedence over this limitation.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we notify you in the app or via e-mail. If you do not accept the new terms, you can delete your account.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled in a Swedish court, with Stockholm District Court as first instance. You can also turn to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Contact

14. Notices

We send notices to you via the app, e-mail or push notifications. You agree that electronic notices have the same legal effect as written ones. This applies in particular to change notices under §11 and to security-related information.

We will deliver critical security and incident notices via push even if you have disabled other push notifications.
